1. Acceptance of Terms

4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are obtained from legitimate sources. 4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 4.6 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity review. bcb88e will make reasonable attempts to contact you prior to any action being taken on dormant account balances.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page on bcb88e. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds and real-money funds may be treated separately within the platform wallet; the breakdown will be displayed in your account.

5.3 bcb88e reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or coordinated bonus farming. Any winnings generated through deliberate exploitation of a promotional offer may be voided.

5.4 A Member may only participate in each specific promotion once unless otherwise explicitly stated. Creating duplicate accounts to claim a promotion multiple times is a breach of these Terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments, or money laundering;

8. Intellectual Property

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits bcb88e's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

12. Amendments to These Terms

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism provided by bcb88e's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding.
